Kakobuy policy updates and community notes

Route rules and fee settings age fast; opinions age faster. This page separates the operator's dated announcements from what shoppers report, and logs when this guide last moved.

§ 1

The announcement feed is the primary source

Announcements feed + tip id 51, read 2026-10-10

Every official announcement lands in one feed, stamped to the second. The five entries visible on our read date tell you what kind of news matters here: duty-route updates from April, June and July 2026, and an October event notice. The route entries are the ones that move money: the June and July pair announced the EU category-customs handling, quoted as a fixed 3 euro per parcel folded into shipping cost from July 1, 2026, per the operator's own notice. Coupon events come and go; read the feed, not reposts of it.

This guide quotes no live route prices and no current promotion values. When an announcement changes something we document, the affected page gets re-reviewed and the log below moves.

What shoppers report, and this guide's own log

Reddit + YouTube picks, collected 2026-10-10

Community feedback worth your time names numbers and dates. Four dated examples collected from Reddit and YouTube:

KAKOBUY STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL 2025 *EASY* (BEGINNERS GUIDE) (YouTube). A walkthrough of the order flow that matches the official tutorial screens used on this site.
Is this normal for 10.2kg after rehearsal???? (r/kakobuy). A buyer sanity-checks a rehearsal weight against expectations - the kind of number the warehouse stage produces.
How to *NEVER* get SEIZED on KakoBuy! (Safest Tips For Your Hauls) (YouTube). Risk-avoidance advice from a shopper; pair it with the official route notes rather than treating it as policy.
10.7 Kg Haul to UK (r/kakobuy). A finished order thread, useful for seeing how long real parcels sat between stock-in and waybill.

Weigh what shoppers report against the written rules, not instead of them; a thread about a stuck parcel is one case, the help article is the policy. The official Discord, drawn on the login page itself, is where the operator collects that feedback directly.

Layout and guide clarity reviewed 2026-10-14; policy extracts retain their original read dates. Change log: 2026-10-11, full rebuild of this guide against the help centre as read on 2026-10-10; every cited id re-checked, scope matrix and lookup rebuilt, all screenshots re-cut from that capture. Always compare dated policy extracts with the current official help centre.

Purple page art reading JOIN DISCORD, receive rewards for various exciting activities, with a Join Now button over gift illustrations. — The Discord invitation as drawn on the official login page. Feedback goes to a dedicated channel the team reviews. Open full-size image.

Rules current as of our read date; the feed and the records on the official site are always fresher.
